Saturday evening I was lucky enough to share in the celebration of Tommy & Estela's marriage- I met Tommy (a fellow GRINGO) while working at TXT. Their wedding was beautiful! They were married in the historic church- Basilica Nuestra Senora Del Pilar in Recoleta next to the cemetary where Eva Peron was buried.
The reception was held at the YACHT CLUB in Puerto Madero- the couple arrived via boat before making their entrance to ACDC "Shook Me All Night Long" and being mobbed by their friends and family.
We saw the sun rise over the water in true Argentine wedding fashion- my coworkers & friends in our best wedding attire pictured below:
